High prices on some AC units and a bunch of signs at the front about returns. I went across the street and got one from Ollie's same BTUs, good Midea brand, half the price plus they got coupons and I've never had an issue with returns over there. Store is pretty dingy too, but pretty similar to other mom/pop returns stores or overstock stores in the OKC area I guess. Friend recommended it but it's a pass for me
Little disappointed in the store. Spent alot of money there buying portable ACs, ventilation fans, cordless tools, and work jackets. Bought the wrong generator cable and brought it back the next day, never plugged on and still in original packaging with receipt. They kept 6 bucks off the refund for "restocking" a 2 lbs cable. Unfortunately will not be going back
I enjoy shopping here. Great bargains and super helpful staff!!
