The food, service, and atmosphere are all great. However, whenever I place a to-go -order, utensils and condiments are never included with the meal. It would be nice if they made sure to include those items with takeout orders.
Ordered blackend Mahi Mahi and blackened Redfish My recommendation to the cook, who is not a chef by no means. 1/2 inch thick Mahi Mahi should only be on a 350° flat iron for 3 or maybe 4 minutes on each side. I say 4 minutes, because I'm assuming the fish is probably frozen, and if so, this is where the 4 minutes come in. Thin redfish filet, 2 1/2 minutes on each side. If frozen make it 3 minutes.
