Jameson Pool & Spa. Completly unreliable and incapable of finishing work on time or on budget. We did a full pool reno with these "professionals". I wish we never started this project. They have horrific customer service and threatened to walk off the job when I brought up the workmanship issues and timelines extending months. They did damage to my house that cost 600 to repair, they damaged my fence which is still broken. The job they did was also not very good. These guys don't know what a straight line is. Great staff and selection... Nice showroom with many options including hardscaping... Don't expect discounts however, they won't budge from retail.
Bettina in the office and Carson who did the leak detection and repair were both outstanding. Their service was prompt, efficient and successful. Jamieson Pool helped make a very stressful situation manageable. Carson successfully repaired our leak and left our property tidy and exactly as it was before he began. We are extremely satisfied customers and would highly recommend.
The store is clean and organized. Staff was friendly, especially the water testing ladies
Their jugs of chlorine have drippings on the outside, so as soon as you pick it up, even before you put it in the protective bag, the drippings easily go on your clothes. This happened to me today and there was zero customer service to accommodate, instead I was told that it was my fault for not being more careful. There are better companies around the same area.
