Terrible experience with this business. Put in an order for part for 41.52. I asked what the shipping would be and they said 41.63. I said that cant be right. They promised that the rate wasn't right but to go ahead and pay c.c. And they will likely refund some unknown amount. Come on!!! Youre taking a sale and you cant give an honest shipping charge??? The blade ordered was bigger than the original one but it has worked out and made the job easier.
Lots of problems with the site. I was required to register for the website when trying to use Apple Pay. Unfortunately, the registration process is wonky and ultimately sent me 19 confirmation codes. When I did get in to buy a saw blade and a blade/handle combo, I wasn't able to use Apple Pay to checkout. The order totaled $50 and shipping was $36, which seems excessive for UPS ground. I hope my blade doesn't break again.
