I called today when my car started playing up, not starting properly and then not turning off. Not only did they correctly diagnose the issue over the phone, but shortly after attended with the tools to confirm the issue and get me started so I could follow them back to the workshop and leave my car for when the part turns up tomorrow. I’ve been coming to this place since I moved here 10 months ago and I’ve always had excellent service. They are very accommodating and thorough.
