Very pleased with James Zimmerman and Iron Valley Real Estate. Jim was very helpful and worked very hard to help me through the selling process. I got the asking price I wanted. James was great to work with. His knowledge and experience helped my wife and me with the sale of my Dad's house. He was very understanding and patient with all of our questions, and his recommendation regarding a home inspector was spot on. We will certainly work with him again when the need arises.
James listened to my wants and needs and showed my husband and me homes that fit our criteria. He was most patient as it took time for my husband to get fully on board with a move from NJ to PA. During that time we were sent info on homes as they came on the market to keep us updated to costs and properties available. James was absolutely amazing as our realtor! He was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and super easy to contact! He kept us updated every step of the way and helped us find our new forever home! He also had such good recommendations for insurance agents, inspectors, and mortgage lenders. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and will always recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
