I started with Dr. Beckley at 16 then again in my late 30s. I am 47 now. He is the reason my skin stayed clear for years. He is funny, knowledgeable, and listens to his patients.
Visit to check some swelling in my thumb. Diagnosed problem immediately and prescribed meds. Cleared up problem in 2 days.
I have been going to Dr. Yeckley off and on for years and have been very satisfied with his care. He's always upbeat, and I have full confidence in his knowledge and skills.
Our experience with Dr. Yeckley has been exceptional. I had Shingles and his diagnosis and treatment helped me get past this awful condition much quicker than most. He was very personable, caring and the fees were very reasonable in a time when health care expenses are out of control.

Nonchalant attitude. ..never examed me. Took my $45 co-pay and never touched me...wanted to know why my PCP had sent me to him..I had a swelling (lump) under my skin and all this man could say was it looks like a fatty tumor and if I biopsy it,it will leave a scar...will never return to this doc.
In my limited experience he is the most experienced Dermatologist, not only in Savannah but also well known in Beaufort County ...... He dealt with a complex issue others where more interested In a referral to a Neurologist .....
Find another Doctor Do yourself a favor. Find another doctors office. These people are as bad at serving their patients that I have seen in my 52 years of age. They sent a prescription to my pharmacy without a doctors signature. My pharmacy replied requesting a signature, no reply. I phoned multiple times, they ask for a voice message, I leave voice messages and no reply. When you go to there web site, they ask for e-mails. I sent multiple e-mails and got no reply.
