This is the worst Dr I've seen in many years. He was late, when he walked in the room, he never looked at me, didn't introduce himself, just asked me "what brings you in?", even i explained everything, he still would not look at me, played with the mouse and looked at his computer, never took notes of any kinds, when I asked questions, he did not answer any of them, he just wanted to prescribe meds without any knowledge of what might be wrong, when asked what he thought might be the issue and why the meds his answer was sarc... read more

Dr Yau is amazing. His bedside manner is superb. He listens and explains everything well. Very patient and thorough. Definitely recommend.
