I have been handling my Mother’s care for the last two years with this office. They would not let me communicate today about her care because they need an updated “communication authorization”. They have one done last year, but need it updated. Unfortunately she does not have the capacity to fill that out anymore with her advanced parkinsons. Dr. Shou was very intentive and showed true interest in everything I had to say. The appointment was not rushed and he was able to come up with a plan of care. I was very pleased with his services.
