On November 12, 2025 , had a phone consult ($100) with this lawyer about parents' foreclosure home going up for auction on Dec 1. Had gone to office on Nov 5th after court hearing same day to give all pertinent documents and make the phone consult appointment. After phone consult, had called office multiple times and sent multiple emails asking about status and closing date that he said would be soon. While in this attorney’s office he was aggressive, arrogant and used profanity which was showing a lack of respect to my wife and I (his clients). In court he said you better take what you can get. We received a judgment(worthless) from the court after all our legal fees were paid up front. I believe we should have kept our money it would have saved time and energy.
