This company does not pay their invoices. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. Steve Hong and the Accounting team choose to not respond to emails and they think they can get away with not paying invoices for months on end. Steve does not properly file freight claims and then him and the accounting team use this as an excuse as to why they aren't paying invoices. Very disrespectful and unprofessional business.
