Terrible bedside manner. Does not make eye contact with patient when visitors are in the room. Speaks rudely about care and acts robotic like he’s reading from a book. No relationship with patient. Awful. Awful. Awful. We had to ask for a new doctor at Henry Mayo. That bad.
