Siding keeps coming off. Not worth the money I paid. I have had roofing and siding done by this company. The roofing would be five stars. The siding is getting a 1 star because there was no communication that my work date changed. They sent the bill before the job was done. The dumpster and extra equipment was left in my yard for 5 days. Now the siding is coming off. Also I had to specifically ask them to fix the rot I saw that they were trying to cover. Just had my roof replaced. From estimate to cleanup you can't find a more professional, competent and friendly crew. I'm very satisfied and happy with new roof. I highly recommend this company to any one needing roof replacement or repairs. Good job guys !!!!
From requesting a quote through to cleaning up the worksite - the attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. Corey, Daniel and Nick were in contact with me throughout the project. The quality of the work is exceptional - the work crew was fabulous as well. Questions were answered immediately, updates on progress were given in real time, and follow up was prompt. The James & Whitney approach took the stress and uncertainty out of a major repair project - thank you!!!
After consulting with other companies we were so pleased with the promptness, transparency of price, feasibility, and timeframe. We have also needed a few follow ups due to questions and Heath (our project manager) was always on top of it and even answered our questions personally.
I had James and Whitney Co do my roof, vinyl siding and upcoming new rain gutters. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Dane started the whole project by coming on sight and discussing what my goals were. He made suggestions and answered all my questions.
