Communication was excellent via texts and emails with quick responses with all staff, starting with Robert who came out to assess my roof and provide a quote. I had a short timeframe between the initial assessment/quote to when I was hoping to get the new roof completed due to other work lined up with my house, and they made it work. Chad estimated our gutter replacement project and was patient and quick every step of the way. Cole, John, Isaiah and Dave did a terrific job, managing some tough access points, working right through a spring rain burst, to get the job done and cleaned up in a day. We have previously done work with James and Whitney on roofing and siding projects, always with satisfactory results. On a recent project to replace trim and siding at our condo complex I worked with Hudson Ingoldsby for the first time. Like other J&W workers, he was professional and very helpful with any questions we presented. He responded to any text in a timely manner and made the whole process seamless.
Great job. Started work within days of contract. Large well equipped crew who worked non stop 12 hours a day for two days to get job done. Niko the project manager stayed in close touch, explained everything and was reasonable on extras. Thanks.
