Listed number rings and is forwarded to a full voice mail…every day at every hour. I figure this guy must be really good…Decide to simply go to office and make appointment. Suite 495, Dr. Westervelt is empty, not a person in sight. No wonder nobody answers the phone!

WHAT IS HAPPENING? I am a PT and have been calling the office for 2 months now!!!!!!! Nobody answers the phone. I have left messages. Nobody calls back and now it says the voicemail is full. I have sent emails through their patient portal. Nobody responds. I called another office in that building and they physically walked over there. They said it was like a ghost town, all lights were on but not a soul in the office. I have called after hours and spoke to the answering service who told me they are still in business. Dr. Westervelt has a warm bedside manner, is patient, and thoroughly explained my situation and addressed concerns. I feel like I am in good hands. My experience with his staff was equally as good.

Mr westervelt and his staff are one of the best in the game hands down this was my 1st surgery they made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and handled All of my paperwork for my job in a timely matter his surgeon assistant and receptionist were phenomenal they were reassuring and knowledgeable to all my fears and concerns and walked through the whole process from day1 til surgery then post opp they treat like family not a customer love you guys thanks for everything
