Dr. West took all of 15 seconds to examine me. He was arrogant and spoke to me as if i was a child. He did not address my concerns at all. He told me to take over the counter medications which I told him were not working for me. He would not give me a clear answer about when to seek further treatment and spent zero time coming up with any sort of a plan. This was the biggest waste of time as it provided no medical benefit to me. I have already filed a formal complaint with Kootenai Patient Advocacy and informed them that the... read more
Dr. West is a great provider. He takes his time and really cares about his patients.
I was asked to check-in at 12:45 for my 1pm appointment, they didn't even open until just after 1pm. The office ladies are not the most inviting people, but Dr West was great as usual.
