Dr. West took all of 15 seconds to examine me. He was arrogant and spoke to me as if i was a child. He did not address my concerns at all. He told me to take over the counter medications which I told him were not working for me. He would not give me a clear answer about when to seek further treatment and spent zero time coming up with any sort of a plan. This was the biggest waste of time as it provided no medical benefit to me. I have already filed a formal complaint with Kootenai Patient Advocacy and informed them that the... read more
