Absolute worse service from front desk staff. Katie Dorman is a good provider, however, nearly everything else is awful. You wait hours to be seen at an appt & you're lucky if your call gets answered any other time. I've been trying to get my medication for 4 weeks now and have just been given the run-around. The one front desk staff member who was kind and helpful, finally today, was Annette. Extremely unprofessional staff in person, and especially over the phone. As far as the provider, he was great, this in regard specifically to the office staff, Basic business phone etiquette requires the employee to ask or advise caller they’ll be transferred. Clearly this office doesn’t require basic customer service. My husband’s appointment was cancelled twice, despite us informing the office he works out of town and must take days off work just to attend.
