We provide comprehensive dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, onlays, dentures, root canals, extractions, and bone grafts. We design and mill our crowns in the office for quick delivery times (same week or following week). We can also deliver crowns on the same day while you wait. We are located in downtown Millbrae. There is free 1-hour parking in front of our office and free 2-hour parking in the lot across the street. Our storefront has outdoor speakers -- just follow the music!

I highly recommend James Warren Dental! He has a very cheerful office with wonderful dental assistants and a great receptionist! I like him because he is very gentle and kind!
Dr. Warren is the best! Beautiful work, takes his time, explains everything thoroughly; easy going. Also love his staff, Lizabeth, Alex, Evette, Mikey among others —all super friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent in their work. Top notch.
Great dental experience. Modern equipment, and office. Staff very friendly. Got in with no wait time. The teeth cleaning was painless to me and complete. Doctor Warren and Alex (hygienist) explained all the pictures and what needed watching. All questions answered. They listened. Looking forward to seeing them at least 3 times a year for more cleanings.

It doesn’t get better than this. Dr. Warren and everyone at this practice is at the top of their game, e.g. I got half of a "deep clean” today, a first for me, and it was as positive an experience as a trip to the dentist can be. I have an unusually small mouth for an adult, and I imagine I don’t make it easy for them to maneuver, but my hygienist, Alex (or Aleyx?) is such a pro, with refined technique and consummate expertise, she did half of my mouth and I’m NOT nervous to go back later this week :-) She explains to me wha... read more
