Dr Perez was always professional and friendly. I hate to hear that he is retiring, but if anyone deserves to retire it’s Dr Perez. I will miss him.
He's been my doctor for almost 40 years. He is a great doctor. He found my husband's bladder cancer on a routine urinalysis. Very thorough.
He is the best of the best, very humble and listens to your needs, makes you feel very comfortable, I’m pleased with treatment decisions and education provided.

Not a very good experience. Critical lab results not immediately addressed. Poor assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
good environment. he listens and explains things well when you need it. sweet man. has been my physician for year.
Dr Wallace and staff are excellent. I highly recommend him.
Everything was on time and great. No long wait very professional operation.

Dr. Wallace and his staff are the best! Most don’t like going to see a doctor, but when you must, there’s no better primary care than this one. Highly recommend Dr. Wallace!
