I am unable to speak to the legal aptitude of Tippin and Associates due to the misfortune of having spoken with Mr. Tippin himself. I was referred to Dana Cutler (one of Mr. Tippin's associates) by a friend, but after asking to speak with Mrs Cutler Mr Tippin said, "My name is on the front of the building and I choose who we do business with."
