Jim Terry Shortt is one of the most unprofessional unethical people I’ve ever encountered, had an existing case representing my ex and was somehow appointed attorney for cps for the state with my other ex and did EVERYTHING he could to cost me custody of my son to help his clients case. Used things for evidence that he would not have had access to had he not been on that case. A conflict of interest. Typical shady Tazewell County chicanery!! Met our needs in a proficient and professional manner..
The secretary didn't know what she was doing and probably didn't know where she was..... The office staff still provides customer service and could be friendlier and perhaps smile.
