Dr. James Pier Dr. Pier was extremely pleasant. I enjoyed my experience with him. The testing was arduous which is to be expected. I did not mind it at all because of his patience and very kind demeanor. He was extremely thorough and perceptive. His final report was extensive, accurate and very helpful. Dr. Pier took a long time to get back to me about the results. I don't know what a normal turnaround time is for his specialty. This person is downright dangerous! Be very careful! When they say a little information can be a dangerous thing, Dr. Pier is who they had in mind. He will take a piece of information and use it to formulate an opinion that may have devastating consequences. For example, concluding that injuries did or did not happen without researching the facts. James Pier is not a medical doctor, and not qualified to make those judgements.
