NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I went in with my son and during the process it is a lot of information to take in and absorb. Dr. May is very short and got very frustrated and agitated and got frustrated and just walked out once by me asking simple questions while trying to understand. One treatment he was recommended as "Phase 1" when I asked about it and the purpose after I knew the cost he said, "lets just forget about it... not important". Dr. May is so sweet but his staff is the worst such a shame
Excellent customer service. I tend to worry about my teeth, which is probably why I grind them, but Dr. May and his staff were very supportive. Would recommend to anyone in need of a new ortho!
