Doesn’t listen, interrupts, and refuses to work with anyone who will not be a cash cow. If you don’t need a lot of expensive work, he doesn’t want to waste his time with you. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I have been seeing Dr Lima since I was 7 yrs old. He is amazing. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and is very comforting. I wouldn't go to any other ENT. He is easy to get an apt with, runs on time (mostly - emergencies do come up from time to time).

Dr. Forsen was a good surgeon but my initial meeting to diagnose the need for surgery (extraction of an ear tube that had been in place too long) was rushed. He seemed annoyed that I questioned the need for surgery and wanted to know why she needed surgery. We originally had the ear tubes put in place with his office but my follow up to get the ear tubes removed was deemed a "new patient" visit since it had been a certain amount of time (years) between visits. the absolute worst doctor in the world. He refused to sign off on approval to have a biopsy done, whilst having direct orders from the ultrasound results saying that I had possiblr punctate calcification that was suspicious of malignancy and needed to be biopsied regardless of the size. He just tells me no he was not doing it come back in 6 weeks to check it then, I went to another ent had the biopsy done & come back conclusive of having cancer & my entire thyroid removed within 3 weeks total.

I credit Dr. James Forsen with saving my child's life. She was floating around for three months in the health care system going from Dr. to Dr. misdiagnosed. He was savvy enough to recognize a rare disease that 1 in 1 million kids get. He had only seen this one time in 30 years. We would have taken the wrong course of treatment with a disease that kills people in 6 months. I can't give him enough kudos.

Diagnosed and removed cancerous lesions from my tonsil. Managed portions of my care plan and claimed my survival rate is now 98%. Thank you Dr. Lima!!!
