My doctor now. A Cheese Head. A brilliant and kind doctor is Dr. Vogt.
While James is a nice doctor, they are disorganized and sloppy in their work. A routine Blood Exam was deemed "Voided" because they did not send the sample to the lab in time for them to test it. They are never available to answer phone calls, and are very unresponsive. They also said they would Fax/Email over my Lab Results to Sonoran Quest so they could perform the test again, and THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND THE FAX OR EMAIL TO SONORAN QUEST. Dr. Vogt is professional and incredibly kind. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. Exceptional care and attention, highly recommend!
Dr. Vogt seems to be a caring individual who takes time to get to know his patients. However, he did not treat my raging ear infection that I suffered from for several more weeks until I could see another doctor to get medicated ear drops. This is something simple that any doctor should’ve been able to treat. Worst of all, the office staff at MD Medical Group have made all the follow-up pieces a nightmare to sort out.
