Dr. James Vogt is a pervert. His relationship with a specific woman patient is disgusting. He prescribes medications not needed and requested via text without being seen. He comments on her body, calls her babe, comments on her vagina, suggests he takes over for her psychiatrist in order to get her whatever medications she would like and acts as a sounding board for her problems while offering free services to her home to a woman who is clearly not interested. My experiences with Dr Vogt indicate that he is a good listener and communicator who will work with you on solving issues. His advice for me has been solid, and I am very glad that he is my PCP.
Had my 1st visit with Dr Vogt today, this solo practice feels old-fashioned which is a wonderful thing! I feel he spent a generous amount of time with me and was open to trying different things while seeking my opinion. Plus he has a nice, calming presence with a few jokes sprinkled in. Easy scheduling and house calls...can it be?? Hope I have found my long-term doc!
