I have spent 10s of thousands to over 100k on attorneys and James Tocci was by far the worst attorney I have had yet as per the overall settling of the case. My options were limited when more should have been available and there is no additional assistance through his office once he resolves certain aspects of the case. Appeals are recommended to be handled by another party and an assumed retainer of a substantial amount may be needed.
