Lied to about charges and insurance information. Now being bullied by staff over the fact I'm livid that we were told specifically "no out of pocket charges", when obviously there's $300 plus of out of pocket charge. (Yeah, one threatened that I "could sue and claim fraud, but you will loose!") Seriously? Who does that! "It's not our fault that you don't know your own insurance and deductible" no, but it IS your fault that when questions about both (yes, we knew we had a deductible and wanted to make sure that it wouldn't go... read more
Awful wait times and bad service. Over three visits I found 1 1/2 to 2+ hour wait times are the norm. They must overbook like crazy. The doctor was very rude. On my last visit it was a 2 hour wait for some old lady, not my doctor, who was on her cell phone to walk in and say "your first test was 0 and your second test was 0, bye." She did not end her call, instead she put us on speaker phone. I have no idea who she was sharing my appointment with. I strongly recommend Dr. Kershen. He is kind, gentle and respectful. He worked me in late in the day for surgery. I truly appreciate him!
Dr Kershen is more interested in talking about himself than listening to you. I visited for a specific problem and he did not address the problem. H e seemed to be in a hurry and not really interested in my problem - just his fee. I do not recommend him.
Dr. Glen Kershen is very gentle and kind. He listened to what I had to say. I have had very rough urologists, but he is so gentle. He speaks matter of fact, as though he was under the hood of a car. He sticks with the problem until a solution is found. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
I went to tri city urology on my lunch hour today and was treated with great respect. I only had 30 minutes and they took care of my request in a timely manner. This office is always busy, yet they are very professional.
