I was interested in a used Tundra they had there and was taken care of by Kevin at James Used. He answered all my questions, returned my calls and helped finalize a deal (which wasn't easy as I was 8 hrs away) He also arranged a day for pickup and had the truck prepped, fueled, detailed, licensed and ready to go for me. He also took some time before I left to go over all the features of the truck and answered any questions I might have had. He even texted me later that day to ensure I got home safely...
