James was incredible through the entire process of selling our house. There was a lot to do, and he walked us through all of it. He has a good, calm demeanor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him!
I've done multiple transactions with James in either the hundreds of thousands or 7 figure range and there's a reason I keep calling him when I have real estate needs. He takes the time and care to walk me through the process, run point on keeping me up to speed, and most importantly, protecting me from myself when I want to move faster than is smart to do.
