the most fantastic customer service ever - james was kind enough to repair a very cherished piece of jewellery for me even though he’d already finished for the weekend. both he and desiree were so so kind and i’m so appreciative that they helped me out with a piece that means so much to me. thank you again, can’t recommend highly enough - such lovely, genuine people, who i am very grateful to !!

Stunning! Highly recommend. I have had a few pieces fixed and resized at James Tyler now and each time I am just so impressed by the experience. Incredible, personable customer service. Really affordable pricing and incredible craftsmanship. They go above and beyond.

We were greeted with Desiree‘a super friendly smile when we took our Rolex watch band ends in for a repair, and James did an amazing job in bringing those pieces back to life. I highly recommend this place if you want to bring your precious jewellery back into good shape!

Desiree and her husband James were nothing less than exceptional. Desiree was absolutely professional and wonderful to talk to and James presented me with a beautifully made custom pendant and cleaned the chain as well. I will cherish it forever. Thank you to you both, I love it.

My parents and I same in here yesterday. The service was warm and friendly. They are a husband and wife team, and are happy to explain processes and options for any custom pieces without being pushy. We were also shown a few of their previously commissioned pieces which looked fantastic and very detailed. They are both very passionate about their craft, which is lovely.
