WARNING- PLEASE READ. James the owner of Jame's TV and Audio Repair is one of the rudest and unprofessional people in the industry. I was provided James through Assurion warrenty serivce. My first intial conversation with James was that he was scheduled to come out on a Saturday to pick up my product.
