Very friendly and easy to talk to
Dr Truong is a rare breath of fresh air in the world of doctors, simply said - he cares. You don’t feel like just another patient on his schedule, he listens and when needed explains things so it makes sense. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP.
Dr. Bean is cheerful and reads my file carefully. She explains what I need to do clearly. I enjoy being her patient. Her nurse, Stephanie, is helpful and cheerful too.
It was a great experience. Beginning with the online check in process and then the visit itself. Plus the check out process which included a comprehensive but yet simple written summary about the visit and plan going forward.
