Poor customer service. Go somewhere else do not waste your time.
Had my transmission rebuilt and didn't last 1000 miles. Slips on take off and will only go into overdrive when it wants to. Have to slam the shifter into park to engage safely switch... when I brought my vehicle back in, he first told me it's because my trucks "all jacked up". Then told me I had engine problems. The man lied to me and wouldn't even let me explain the symptoms. Now I'm out a couple thousand dollars, stuck with a vehicle I can't rely on, and a warranty that isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
Terrible place! Owner is arrogant and needs to be brought down a notch or two!
I 100% would recommend James transmission, I took my truck to 2 other shops to have the transmission figured out and they couldn't figure it out but took it to James had it apart within a few hours found the issue called me and explained what it was and what happened to it and than had it all back together and driving like new all in 24 hours I'm thankful to have my truck driving like new again!
