This has been one of the worse attys ever! My son in law has been asking for a bond hearing for a month and Mr .Duval has not gotten him a date yet and never returns calls or emails. His office receptionist hardly ever picks up and when she does she knows nothing and offers no help what so ever. I know you can not choose your court appointed lawyer but do not waste your money on retainning this one!
We have been trying to reach him for a whole month. No answer, no response back and when the secretary actually does answer which is extremely rare she just "takes a message" and we still don't hear back from him. That is very unprofessional especially when he says he works to help people and the time is ticking and he can literally ruin someone's life by not being available. At least let your client know that you are not capable of handling his case or do not have the capacity to do so, that way we can get a new lawyer appo... read more
