Got my tire patched today and when I noticed they switched my cap from my original Crome cap with green tip to a regular plastic black cap I called. It was about an hour time lapse when I called and spoke to a man. He did not apologize or give an explanation , instead he hung up in my face after saying they were closed! Terrible customer service, and extremely dishonest business practices. 0 stars for this bootleg company!

I had my car towed here after an accident, and was calling there to get information on how to get tires for my car, but this man kept hanging up on me! I had to walk down there in order to talk to him, and he kept holding his finger up to me when I tried to ask something. Talking to other customers that showed up after me. James, thanks for hanging up on me today. It shows that we will have to pursue any means necessary to correct this problem. As I stated on the phone before you hung up, when I bought two used tires in March 2017, the lugs nuts were tightened too tight with your impact wrench. Either this is incompetence or it’s intentional. Either way, I have spent $70.00 having to buy specific specialty tools, spent my time while not having the use of my car to make a living as well as doing necessary damage to my Mag wheel trying to loosen... read more
