Best plumber in the area and the best service ever! They provide before-and-after pictures every time and always offer the most reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
We have used James twice now, once for a fill value connection toilet leak and Water Heater check-up and once for a garbage disposal install. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the water heater to explain the ins and outs of the life expectancy of the different components. Garbage disposal is issue free after six months.
I’ve had to use James twice now and I’m always pleased with his work, timeliness, manners, but most importantly his honesty. At no point have I ever felt he was taking advantage of his position as an expert and his prices are more than fair. Yesterday he was able to stop by because his last job finished early. The problem I thought I had was much more minor than expected and he was able to fix two problems in the course of about 20 minutes.
