I had a garbage disposal that needed replacing due to a leak. James The Plumber was the only plumber out of several that I reached out to that actually replied back to me. James replied back via email along with a free estimate and came over and fixed it without any hassle. He took the time to check for leaks, listen to what I had concerns with and handled the job very professionally. Outstanding experience from start to finish!!! James answered my call right away, he was available for the time and date that I needed him. He called on the way to let me know his arrival time, he replaced a garbage disposal and made a few other repairs while he was there. He finished quickly, and charged a reasonable amount, was extremely neat and cleaned up everything nicely. I could not possibly have had a better experience. One of the best experiences I have ever had!!! Thank you so much James!

We have used James twice now, once for a fill value connection toilet leak and Water Heater check-up and once for a garbage disposal install. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the water heater to explain the ins and outs of the life expectancy of the different components. Garbage disposal is issue free after six months.
I’ve had to use James twice now and I’m always pleased with his work, timeliness, manners, but most importantly his honesty. At no point have I ever felt he was taking advantage of his position as an expert and his prices are more than fair. Yesterday he was able to stop by because his last job finished early. The problem I thought I had was much more minor than expected and he was able to fix two problems in the course of about 20 minutes.
