Beat him in court as pro se and the document he provided was a joke. Charges $350/hr to our association but I doubt he does to others while it's a CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Enjoy the show cause hearing and explaining a client who conspires with police on audio, and a cop who destroys evidence and has cost the City of Oak Park a lot of money. Been using Jim for multiple issues over the last 20 years. He is dedicated, highly intelligent and fair. The new office is very inviting and he really does well in making you feel like you are being taken care by the best.
