Dr. Kappen was amazing, he tries to get to know his patients as best as he can in a short period of time. You can tell he really cares and wants to a good job. I can say with my testing, he was very spot on. I was surprised by how on point my assessment was. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for psychological testing.
I really appreciated that Dr. Kappen made sure that our insurance was in place so we wouldn't have any unexpected issues right from his first contact. He made sure that I understood the whole process of the testing procedure for my daughter. Once completed and he had his results, he took an hour out of his day to walk through the whole report with me and made sure I understood everything it said. He was kind and soft spoken and made my daughter feel at ease. I'd highly recommend him for psychological evaluations.
