Rude client assistance every time I call literally acts as though everyone is beneath them. I will be finding a new family physician! Until Covid happened I have never owed a bill I always paid in full the day of service. Covid hit I was off work so I charged 1 visit! I started a new job and called to see what I owed and was told I had no balance on record. I never received a bill either. Dr. James Bowlus has been my family physician for over 40 years. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Bowlus ~ He has always put my well being as top priority. Unfortunately over the last few years I have had numerous illnesses and physical problems ~ some unexplainable ~ but he was always there for me helping and when necessary referred me to specialists. Dr. Bowlus is knowledgeable, always listens to what I have to say and cares extremely about his patients. Dr. Bowlus is a top notch family physician!!
