Stayed here im in wheelchair and our stay was great. Lots of room and best service. We got in midnight and the office lady was waiting for us. Bathroom was big enough
We travel with our 2 fur babies and Chu from the James Street Motor Inn was so kind to us. After being stuck at St Andrews for 3 hours it was too late to travel home and even though there were no more pet friendly rooms, Chu opened up another room for us … and what a delightful room it was - so clean with comfortable beds - it had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. We have stayed in other motels in Toowoomba and I wish we had discovered the James Street Motor Inn in the first place - so much better than the others... read more
Friendly staff, the room was excellent, so well appointed. We were in a family room, two single beds, a double bed. Couch, table, chairs etc. It was easy access and the bathroom huge with plenty of hot water.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Chu is exveptional. Rooms are clean and dining available.
