We were very pleasantly surprised by the amazing service and honesty of the deli Cafe. We stopped by for a light lunch and ordered the seafood chowder The order seemed to take a while but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter. After a time the chef came out and spoke to us, expressing his concern that he believed the chowder was not up to his usual standard and apologised profusely. He offered to make us any other dish on the menu, and not only gave us a full refund, but provided the replacement meal at no extra charge. ... read more
I parked in a clearly marked customer space with 2 hours free parking. I was there for less than 1 hour 40 minutes to shop and have lunch. When I returned, my car was gone — towed without any warning or contact. The towing company demanded $299.90 to release my vehicle, which is above the legal maximum fee in Queensland. No staff from the shopping centre could be reached for help. This was shocking, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Beware — even if you park legally, your car may still be towed!
Amazing experience, so much variety and excellent quality. A very classy market. 👌 👏
