An overloaded gp surgery, they want to help but cannot because they have far to many patients
Used this place for a year, mum has a lot of medical problems. The staff try but it seems a completely backwards computer system they have. Can't phone up to talk to someone to get an appointment any more, no notification to patients or information, just trying to get a disabled pensioner to use a website rather than answering a phone to help them. No duty of care to your patients?
Won't accept calls, no appointments available.
Came into see Dr Matthew today and what a fantastic and professional service he gave me. Also the reception team were the same. Many thanks SH
