The website says they open at 7:30 but when you call at 7:45 it still says that they are closed
Without a doubt the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The office personnel deters customers instead of wanting to help them. After jumping through hoops to finally see the doctor, the doctor walks in and quickly dismissed us to see a specialist (no examination), oh and the referral is supposed to be sent by mail. Who mails referrals nowadays? So we have to wait another 3 weeks! Changing doctors STAT!
