I am completely shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of service and empathy at this clinic. My dog has been coming here since she was a baby, making us loyal, long-term clients. My dog has been a patient here for several years now. I previously had no complaints about this clinic or Dr. Judge and was happy here until recently. My dog has been having some health issues. I described what was going on and was told to video the next episode if I could to help determine what it was. We did blood work twice and no one called the second time to let me know the results.
