I had a visit with Dr. Smith back in 2017/2018. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a physician. This was my first time at this facility and with Dr. Smith. He was rude to me, made negative comments about my primary care physician, and took phone calls to discuss another patient during my visit. A complaint was made during my check out. I also asked not to see Dr. Smith on my next visit. Both were ignored. I have not been back. Thus prompted my PCP to find me a Rheumatologist out of network.
