James is a great realtor to work with. He works hard to get his client the best deal while being fair to both parties. After moving in there were issues with the house that were not noticed and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of! 5 stars for sure!

We worked with James. He is terrific. He is super knowledgeable about the St. Pete area and actively made suggestions and recommendations throughout the process. When you are making a big purchase, it is always nice to feel like you have an ally and someone you can trust that will give you a solid second opinion. James has great follow up and is just pleasant all the way around. If I was planning on buying another home in the area he would be my first call.

James & Kristin Silver, their associates, and the assistants I have personally interacted with were an absolute pleasure to work with. A home/property is usually the most expensive purchase a person makes, and our family felt at complete ease throughout the purchasing process. Professionalism, compassion, honesty, and integrity are obvious hallmarks of James & Kristin, and from our experience, we feel extremely blessed our family had the chance to work with them.
