We bought two lawn mowers last year. The belt broke which is understandable. They said the fixed one, got it off the trailer and tried to use it. Bam broke again, took it back. Both times they said a stick broke it. $410 this time. This place is a joke, it’s a rip off. The 15% coupon they mail out they try to not let you use them.
Don’t buy anything from James Short! They will and do not stand behind their products!! Go elsewhere and save your time and money!!
Great Customer Service!! Just like ole times at this store all the time. No purchase too small to be treated like you had bought the biggest item they have. You realize that being treated like a paying customer is not something of the past when you shop at James Short Tractors in Alto!!
