How can a doctor office that never answers the phone, even when they their message states 'normal business hours' have 5 stars? Sounds impossible to me? Answering service even says they are in the office call every 10 minutes...it rings and goes busy after a few. Why do we need to stop in office, get question from. Nurse why are you here and why didn't you call...I am sorry, ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!
