Incredibly rude. Poor bedside manner with children. Daughter was anxious and he was less than understanding and downplayed her autism diagnosis as if he didn’t believe it. Made the decision to take her here because it was closer to home, and we generally like Aurora, but I will continue to use Children’s Urgent Care.

Felt like he didn’t believe me of my 3 year old symptoms, even though I was up all night dealing with them.. called his cough “pathetic” and made me feel dismissed.
