Small shed roof finally installed 5/21 crew left over 100 nails and debri (I had to clean /drove work truck with frieghted trailer over my yard leaving huge ruts (I filled) contacted James. He never offered to fix issue and gets angry for any negative feedback. Roof started leaking called sent pics stqrting 10/23 no shows from Oct to Nov for scheduled fix. Made arrangements with this guy Mr. Sallsto meet with him for an estimate for a small job. Got home early to meet him but he never showed up or called. Not reliable, would not recommend!
Mr. Salls did not honestly attempt to follow the specifications for roof installation we had agreed to. He failed to supervise his workers and in fact misled the homeowner regarding his instructions to his workers. He had instructed his workers to give the appearance of quality work but one of them complained to homeowner about being watched while installing new roof material. Cannot be trusted for forthright effort. Edging seals, nail guards and underlayment were not effectively attached.
