Front office representatives need a major overhaul. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO if it was available. They need to know how to answer the phone properly and treat clients with respect. I don't even want to give my hard earn money to incompetent people who don't know the first thing about customer service. If you don't even feel welcome over the phone how you expect to feel going to the office with the same people working there. First impressions are lasting at your front desk personnel are the first to be seen so they should be attentive, objective, and knowledgeable. I was recommended to Dr. Prine with the highest recommendation and was excited to have him as my PCP. When I first called to make the appointment, a guy answered he was very unprofessional.
